Padel Courts Booking Policy

Welcome to Padel Island! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our players, we have established the following booking policies for our padel courts:

1. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through the Padel Island App or the Padel Island Website.

  • Players must create an account to book courts. Information required includes full name, contact number, and email address

2. Booking Duration

  • Courts can be booked for a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes.

3. Payment

  • All payments must be made through the Padel Island App or Website at the time of booking.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and other payment options available on the platform.

  • A valid payment method must be linked to your account to confirm a booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled booking time will be refunded in full as credit to your account on the Padel Island App.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund

5. Cancellation Policy for Rain or Bad Weather

  • In the event of rain or bad weather affecting the playability of outdoor courts, players will be notified as soon as possible.

  • If the booking is canceled by Padel Island due to weather conditions, players will be offered the option to reschedule their booking at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

  • If the weather improves and courts are deemed playable by our staff, the original booking will proceed as scheduled. However, players may still choose to reschedule or cancel without penalty if they are uncomfortable playing in wet conditions.

6. Court Usage

  • Players are expected to arrive on time. If a player is more than 15 minutes late, the court will be released for other bookings.

  • Appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes are required on the courts.

  • Food and beverages are not allowed on the court, except for water in a spill-proof container.

7. Conduct

  • All players are expected to adhere to the rules of padel and maintain sportsmanlike conduct at all times.

  • Offensive language, aggressive behavior, or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of booking privileges.

8. Weather Policy

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor courts, bookings may be rescheduled or transferred to an indoor court if available. Refunds are provided if rescheduling is not possible.

9. Facility Access

  • Access to the courts is restricted to the booking time. Additional time on the court will require a new booking.

10. Special Events and Court Closures

  • The facility reserves the right to close courts for special events or maintenance. Advance notice will be provided, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered to affected bookings.

11. Liability

  • Padel Island is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

  • Players participate at their own risk and are advised to have personal insurance coverage.
